Pakistan is set to take a major step toward wildlife conservation and eco-tourism with the development of its first world-class wildlife safari park in Islamabad. The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has finalized a 350-acre site at Malpur Forestry Park near Bara Kahu and Murree Road for the landmark project.
The safari park will feature multiple themed zones, allowing visitors to experience animals in spacious, natural-style habitats while promoting biodiversity, conservation, and environmental education. Officials believe the project will become a major attraction for families, students, and international tourists alike.
Once completed, the safari park is expected to boost tourism, create new employment opportunities, and strengthen Pakistan’s image as an eco-tourism destination. The initiative reflects the country’s growing focus on sustainable development and the protection of wildlife for future generations.
