Yes, without borders….that means you will find here not the regular desi (local) meetha (sweets) but a variety of desserts that I have explored and craved forever after. I never knew the passion I possessed for making desserts until I found out how I loved baking. Living in Pakistan do bound aspir

ing pastry chefs and dessert lovers like me to experiment with exotic pastries and desserts because of limited resources. Yes we don’t have schools and training centers like 'Le Cordon Bleu' or 'Savour Chocolate & Patisserie' but what we do have is the ability to learn in these limited conditions. This thought is enough motivation for me to keep my spirits up in exploring this creative venture. And the fun in learning is when you can share it with your loved ones and people who are willing to gain knowledge. I mean what benefit I would have if I keep hiding the knowledge I gain in my passion right!
