This year, we’re keeping things simple. The same menu many of you enjoyed through Ramadan will be available for Eid as well. From fresh salads and comforting mains to desserts that finish the table just right.

✨ Oreo Cheesecake Bites – Creamy, Easy & Irresistible! ✨

Ingredients:
• Crushed biscuits – 20–25 biscuits + extra for dusting
• Nurpur Butter, melted – 4 tbsp
• Nurpur Dairy Cream – 600–800 ml
• Condensed milk – 1 can (400 ml)
• Cream cheese – 200 g
• Chocolate (melted) – 300–400 g (depending on the size of your dish)

Method:

1️⃣ Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter, press into a dish, and freeze 20 minutes.

2️⃣ Whisk Nurpur Dairy Cream + condensed milk + cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. You can use a KitchenAid or a hand mixer. Pour half onto the biscuit base and freeze again, or refrigerate 7–8 hours / overnight.

3️⃣ Melt chocolate and mix it into the remaining cream mixture. Spread on top and freeze 1–2 hours, or refrigerate for a few hours until set.

4️⃣ Garnish with crushed biscuits, cut into bites or simply scoop and serve!
