Meditation with like-minded individuals. Creating safe spaces and becoming one with awareness is wholesome. Of course accompanied by good food sets the intention to have open light-hearted chit chat and bring a meaningful evening to its end.
This table is set with creamy chicken and mushroom pasta, chicken seekh kebabs with stir fried veggies, and dahi bhalas. The lemon and mint alongside roasted garlic and tomato chutneys were a treat for the taste buds.
May we all find ease and simplest joys in these turbulent times. Amen
