Organized by CAP & COTHM, PICC sets new standards in gastronomy with live cooking challenges and international recognition. Pakistan International Culinary Championship is the fourth culinary competition of local and foreign professional chefs which is approved and endorsed by the Worldchefs, Paris, France. This year, culinary teams not only from local hotels, restaurants and catering companies will participate in the championship, but teams from the World Islamic Culinary Society (WICS), and other international teams of Worldchefs member associations, will also be competing. Young chefs from mainstream schools, colleges and universities will also be competing in different categories. The PICC-23 welcomes all the professional chefs, pastry chefs and carvists to participate and showcase their exceptional abilities. Prizes include cash prizes, gold, silver & bronze medals, participation certificates, and titles of:

1. Best Pastry Chef of Pakistan
3. Best Pakistani Cuisine Team
4. Best Cake Master
5. Best Fast
