🇵🇰 یومِ آزادی — جشن صرف نہیں، ذمہ داری بھی ہے 🇵🇰
ہر سال 14 اگست ہمیں اپنی آزادی کی خوشی منانے کا موقع دیتا ہے، مگر شاید یہ دن صرف جھنڈے لہرانے، نعرے لگانے اور اداروں کو موردِ الزام ٹھہرانے کا نام نہیں۔
یہ دن ہمیں یہ سوچنے کا موقع بھی دیتا ہے کہ پاکستان کے لیے ہم خود کیا کر رہے ہیں؟

ہم اکثر پوچھتے ہیں کہ حکومت کیا کر رہی ہے، ادارے کیا کر رہے ہیں، نظام کیوں نہیں بدل رہا؛
مگر کبھی خود سے بھی پوچھیں کہ ایک اچھے شہری کی حیثیت سے ہمارا کردار کیا ہے؟

ایک استاد اپنے علم اور کردار سے نسلیں سنوارتا ہے۔
ایک ڈاکٹر دیانت داری سے زندگیوں کی حفاظت کرتا ہے۔
ایک طالبِ علم محنت، علم اور نظم و ضبط کو اپنا شعار بناتا ہے۔
ایک تاجر ایمانداری سے کاروبار کرتا ہے۔
ایک سرکاری افسر اختیار کو امانت سمجھ کر عوام کی خدمت کرتا ہے۔
ایک والدین اپنی اولاد کو ذمہ داری، سچائی اور حب الوطنی سکھاتے ہیں۔
اور ایک عام شہری قانون کی پاسداری، صفائی کا خیال، دوسروں کے حقوق کا احترام اور اپنے فرائض کی ادائیگی کرکے بھی ملک کی تعمیر میں حصہ ڈالتا ہے۔

قومیں صرف اداروں سے نہیں، اپنے شہریوں کے کردار سے بنتی ہیں۔
اگر ہم واقعی تبدیلی چاہتے ہیں تو صرف شکایت کرنے کے بجائے اپنے حصے کا چراغ جلانا ہوگا۔
پاکستان ہم سب کا ہے، اس لیے اس کی بہتری کی ذمہ داری بھی ہم سب کی ہے۔ 💚

علامہ اقبال نے کیا خوب دعا کی تھی:

؎ خدا کرے کہ میرے ارضِ پاک پر اُترے
وہ فصلِ گُل جسے اندیشۂ زوال نہ ہو

آئیے اس یومِ آزادی عہد کریں کہ پاکستان سے صرف توقعات نہیں رکھیں گے،
بلکہ اپنے کردار، اپنی دیانت، اپنی محنت اور اپنی ذمہ داری سے پاکستان کو بہتر بنانے میں اپنا حصہ ضرور ڈالیں گے۔

In R&D, spices play a critical role, and understanding their balance, quality and application is essential. With experience and continuous learning, Iftikhar has turned challenges and ups & downs into valuable lessons.
For him, there is a clear difference between a Boss and a Leader:

“A boss creates a one-man show; a leader creates people who can perform without him.”

That is why one of his greatest priorities has always been training people. Instead of keeping knowledge to himself, he develops his team so they can work confidently without constant supervision.

Because real leadership is not about making yourself indispensable — it is about making others capable.

“Failure is not the opposite of success; it is part of the journey towards it.”

Growth also means leaving the comfort zone, learning new things, accepting challenges, sharing knowledge and continuously improving.
