Amazon Seller Central – April 2025 Updates You Should Know
If you're working in e-commerce (or planning to!), here are some of the most important updates from Amazon Seller Central this month:
✅ No FBA or Referral Fee Increases in 2025 – Great news for sellers! Amazon is keeping fees stable this year.
📦 Lower Fulfillment Fees for Bulky Items – Effective since January 15, now it’s more affordable to sell oversized products.
🆕 Boost for New Sellers & ASINs – Enhanced incentive programs offer fee waivers and credits to help you launch products more efficiently.
📦 Auto Removal of Aged Inventory – Starting April 15, Amazon will begin removing unsold inventory automatically to reduce storage costs (unless you opt out).
✂️ Packaging Changes for Sharp Products .. From April 14, Amazon will no longer provide prep services for sharp items .. be sure to update your packaging.
🤖 AI-Powered Shopping ("Interests") A new beta feature that transforms user intent into smarter product recommendations.
