🟡Many people think numb hands come from poor circulation…

But sometimes the nerves are getting compressed much higher — near the neck and collarbone.

This condition is often linked to thoracic outlet compression.

The nerves and blood vessels traveling into the arm pass through a very tight space between the neck, ribs, and shoulder muscles.

When posture collapses and muscles tighten:

* nerves become irritated
* blood flow may decrease
* shoulder tension increases
* arm symptoms begin appearing
