Today marks 1year since the opening of my outlet (it was opened last year on April 23rd) . That day has a separate story. The opening was scheduled in 5pm, and in my mind I had prepared enough stock for 2-3 days. What actually happened shocked me when all the cheesecakes got sold out in 1.5 hours. I had to close down my bakery for the next 3 days again so I can prepare enough stock, and I did kmar tor baking haha! But worth it.
