🍖 Authentic Beef Nihari Recipe | The Ultimate Pakistani Slow-Cooked Stew 🔥
This is not just a recipe — this is a legacy simmering in a pot. 🫕
Beef Nihari is a traditional Mughal-era dish that has been warming souls for centuries, and today I’m sharing the most authentic, from-scratch Nihari recipe you’ll ever need. Slow-cooked beef shank in a deeply aromatic, rich, and spicy gravy — with homemade Nihari masala made from whole spices ground fresh. No shortcuts. No packet masala. Just pure, restaurant-style Nihari made right in your own kitchen.
Whether you’re craving the classic Karachi Nihari, Delhi-style Nihari, or the beloved Nalli Nihari with bone marrow — this recipe covers it all. Serve it hot with soft tandoori naan, a squeeze of fresh lemon, julienned ginger, and chopped cilantro for that perfect finish. 🍋🫚
✅ Easy Nihari recipe for beginners
✅ Step-by-step homemade Nihari masala
