AOA .another class coming up in sha Allah. This time I am teaching cannelloni which is an Italian pasta dish made with homemade crepes and a spicy filling. Also I will be teaching doughnuts, a no yeast honey and oats bread and chicken steam roast . More classes are planned for the next month in sha Allah.

My eid special dessert !!
Three milk cake !!
Three milk cake
150 grams unsalted butter (white butter) i use lyallpur
1 cup castor sugar
5 eggs
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Flour 1 ½ cup
Baking powder 1 ½ tsp
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 packet milk pack cream
Method
Melt butter in a small sauce pan on stove
Mix flour and the baking powder keep aside
Beat the eggs and the sugar till fluffy
Add in the vanilla
Add in the melted butter slowly
Add in the flour mix beat on a low speed
Bake in a preheated oven in a 8 inch springform pan for 30-35 min
While the cake bakes make the syrup
Mix both the condensed and evaporated milks and the cream
Keep aside
As soon as it comes out of the oven (please be very careful its HOT) take it out of the pan carefully and put in serving dish
Poke holes in the cake
Pour the syrup over it
Please do this step on hot cake else the cake won't be moist
Pour the syrup by a ladle , one big ladle at a time ( ladle is the spoon used to pour tea or milk called pawa in Urdu )
Keep on rotating the dish carefully so the syrup is easily absorbed !!
Decorate with canned peaches
Or fruit cocktail
I like peaches
Fresh peaches won't give the desired look

Sharing pictures of today's class alhamdulillah. I made the food which is normally made at iftar in my kitchen. Along with the usual pakoras samosas and rolls, a different variety is always appreciated. In today's class I taught pita bread from scratch, pita pockets,pita rolls , egg crepe rolls ,tandoori roast chicken, and in dessert I made my signature strawberry and Vanilla delight. Due to lack of time ( everything to be done in three hours) everything has to be done systematically.more classes will be held after Eid in sha Allah. May Allah bless us all with good health this upcoming Ramadan .may Allah accept our prayers .
