For this beautiful Destination Wedding in Puerto Rico, every part of the menu was thoughtfully designed to give guests a taste of the island while creating an elevated dining experience.
During cocktail hour, our traditional Puerto Rican whole-roasted pig, lechón a la vara, became one of the highlights of the celebration—bringing an authentic taste of Puerto Rico to the experience. 🇵🇷
Dinner transitioned into an elegant plated service, beginning with a unique first course: a fresh salad paired with a delicate pumpkin cream soup, beautifully presented together on one plate.
For the main course, guests enjoyed a duet of churrasco and shrimp served with red potato mash, bringing together bold flavors and an elegant presentation.
And to end the evening on a sweet note, a beautifully curated dessert table.
