It looks like burrito time out there, said Jimmy the other day...and so here we are...for this Thursday, we will be making burritos. You can choose pork, chicken, or veggies. We will also have apple jack cheesecake and a limited amount of coconut cream cheesecake.

Happy Tuesday, boys and girls! Yes, here we go again! For this Thursday, Jimmy is cooking some beautiful carnitas for you. If you have a sweet tooth, he also made an apple crumb cheesecake to go with it. All food is to go only, with pick up on Thursday, 12-6pm.

It's Tuesday, boys and girls, and you know what that means!

For this coming Thursday, Jimmy has planned burrito craze again! We will be serving chicken or veggie burritos to go. Cheesecake flavor for this week is peaches and cream.

This is the last to go food in March, and we will be skipping the first half of April due to holidays.

It's March already, have you noticed??? And still no carnitas...well, let's change that!
So, you know the deal...you can place your order on Tuesday or Wednesday for pickup on Thursday, March 12th between 12-6pm.

Thank you everyone who braved the elements, and came to get their carnitas!
Right after a hot soup, carnitas is definitely the best comfort food for a rainy day...

Happy Tuesday, boys and girls! In this brutally cold Caribbean winter, there is nothing better than a comfort food dinner (or lunch)...like, for instance carnitas...and, let's say, a slice of cheesecake for a good measure!
This Thursday, February 12th, you can pick up your carnitas again. The cheesecake flavor for this week is Chipotle Parcha (you remember that fruity flavor with a little hint of Chipotle in the background).
