We’re looking for volunteers starting in May
for 1 to 4 months on our regenerative farm in Alentejo.

No experience needed —
just curiosity, openness, and a love for nature.

Plants, animals, soil.

8 hours a day, Monday to Friday.

Live simply. Live together.

Each person has their own private dome on the farm.
Shared kitchen. Compost toilets. Life in nature.

Acreditamos que alimentos saudáveis sem pesticidas devem ser um direito civil, e não um privilégio.

Durante décadas, o sistema alimentar tem priorizado lucro, escala e eficiência — e não a saúde humana, a saúde do solo ou a biodiversidade. Os subsídios continuam a favorecer monoculturas e a agricultura industrial, enquanto pequenos agricultores e práticas regenerativas lutam para competir.

Ao mesmo tempo, estamos a usar mais recursos do que a Terra consegue regenerar, esgotando solos, água e biodiversidade para produzir alimentos baratos que, na realidade, não são tão baratos — porque pagamos por eles mais tarde, com a nossa saúde e com o nosso planeta.

A Terramay existe para fazer parte de um sistema alimentar diferente — um sistema que regenera o solo, respeita as estações e reconecta as pessoas com a origem dos seus alimentos.

É por isso que criámos o Farm to Home — não apenas para entregar refeições, mas para contribuir para a construção de um sistema alimentar que nutre as pessoas, a terra e o futuro.

We believe healthy food should be a civil right, not a privilege.

For decades, the food system has prioritized profit, scale, and efficiency — not human health, soil health, or biodiversity. Subsidies still favor monocultures and industrial agriculture, while small farmers and regenerative practices struggle to compete.

Meanwhile, we are using more resources than the Earth can regenerate, depleting soils, water, and biodiversity to produce cheap food that is not truly cheap — because we pay for it later, with our health and our planet.

Terramay exists to be part of a different food system — one that regenerates the soil, respects the seasons, and reconnects people with where their food comes from.

That’s why we created Farm to Home — not just to deliver meals, but to help build a food system that nourishes people, the land, and the future.
