Hoje recebemos mais um simpático grupo familiar multigeracional e multicultural proveniente dos EUA, Canadá e Reino Unido.

Gente conhecedora - com experiência no sector dos vinhos em Napa Valley - vieram conhecer o nosso terroir, os nossos vinhos e a nossa forma de receber.

É especialmente gratificante quando as experiências são vividas em família na tranquilidade do nosso lugar.

Os mais novos tiveram a especial atenção da nossa também mais nova, Benedita.

É assim que sabemos receber, com atenção, proximidade e sempre em família.

Today we welcomed another lovely multigenerational and multicultural family group from the USA, Canada and the UK.

Wine-savvy guests, with experience in the Napa Valley wine industry, they came to discover our terroir, our wines and our way of welcoming visitors.

It is especially rewarding when experiences are shared as a family, in the tranquillity of our place.

The younger ones received special attention from our own youngest, Benedita.

This is how we know how to welcome: with attention, closeness and always as a family.

𝑈𝑚 𝑝𝑜𝑟𝑡𝑒 𝑠𝑢𝑟𝑝𝑟𝑒𝑒𝑛𝑑𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑒

Produzido apenas em determinados anos e em edições muito limitadas. Distingue-se pela sua estrutura e complexidade, pela sua longevidade e pela extraordinária vocação gastronómica.

A cor escarlate resulta da obtenção do mosto por sangria após contacto com as películas.

Os aromas de fruta intensa fascinam no nariz. Sente-se a doçura suave à flor da tília e notas de pêssego e amora, estando as especiarias também presentes.

Na boca, é delicioso e viciante. Sentem-se a estrutura, o corpo e a presença de taninos discretos. Guloso e gordo, este vinho mantêm a sua elegância num longo final de boca proporcionado pela frescura e acidez. A predominância e a robustez da Touriga Nacional são bem evidentes e encontram-se bem conjugadas com as restantes castas, nomeadamente com a elegância da Tinta Roriz.

𝐴 𝑠𝑢𝑟𝑝𝑟𝑖𝑠𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑏𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑔

Produced only in selected years and in very limited editions. It stands out for its structure and complexity, its longevity, and its extraordinary gastronomic character.

The scarlet hue results from the saignée method, with the must drawn off after skin contact.

Intense fruit aromas fascinate on the nose. You can feel the soft sweetness of lime blossom and hints of peach and blackberry, with spices also present.

In the mouth, it's delicious and addictive. You can feel the structure, the body and the presence of discreet tannins. Gluttonous and fat, this wine retains its elegance on a long finish provided by freshness and acidity.

The dominance and robustness of Touriga Nacional are clearly evident and beautifully balanced by the elegance of other grape varieties, particularly Tinta Roriz.
