Golden amber in colour, with a distinctive bouquet of rum infusion and candied fruits, alongside spice nuances reminiscent of saffron. Sweet and smooth on the palate, leading to a rich, full finish with lingering notes of candied fruit, rum and spice.

A great way to end a meal, especially alongside chocolate, apple pie or aged cheese.
