Chefs & Cooks — passionate about seasonal flavours, local ingredients and the creativity of bringing people together around a table.
Housekeeper — someone with an eye for detail, a natural sense of hospitality and pride in making others feel at home.
W**e Educator — a w**e enthusiast and natural storyteller, eager to share our w**es, vineyards and the history of this unique place with visitors from around the world.
Head Gardener — someone who loves the land and wants to help shape a living landscape through biodiversity, permaculture and soil regeneration.
Different talents, one shared spirit: a love for this place and a desire to be part of its story.
