We like our hummus colourful, our bites sexy, and our menus a little unexpected. 💕🌈✨ One of the best parts of what we do is getting to play with the menu for every event—creating dishes that match the mood, the space, the people, and the story. From girly little touches for our ballerina burlesque night with to bold flavours and cheeky twists, no menu we ever create is the same as the last. Because why serve the expected when you can serve something that makes people smile with surprise?🥂

Dinner, but make it deliciously dangerous. 💋🩰

✨ For the fourth edition of our KATASTROFFFE events we hosted an intimate night of burlesque, ballet, indulgent bites, and a little bit of mischief—all brought to life by an incredible women-led team. The night was a cocktail of flirtation, dance, glitter, fabulous food, and plenty of moments that left guests wanting more. 🥂🔥 This event felt particularly girly and feminine and I can’t wait to host the next. A big kiss and thank you to our ballerina and our partner host Milena Kravetz 💋

Last night’s birthday catering at Quinta da Marmela included the dreamiest sunset table for 26 with background sounds of the Portuguese countryside.

The menu featured-
-Tahini and chimmi-churi toast cauliflower over creamy hummus
-Crispy halloumi with strawberry compote and mint
-Charred eggplant babaganough
-Beef dumplings over coconut red thai curry
-Chilled green lentil salad toosed with asparagus, walnuts, mushroom and feta
-Turkish lahmacun wraps
-Sumac chicken with roast sweet potato and seasonal greens
-A sweet finish of dark chocolate fudge brownies topped with date caramel and crumbled nuts

A beautiful summer evening catering for OCHIE 🌴 at Aethos Club Lisbon 🍊

The tables were filled with women who gathered for business, fashion, new connections and of course- good food 😏

🍽️ The menu featured Turkish borek, baba ganoush topped with sautéed halloumi, jewelled rice, Greek salad and sumac roasted chicken with chopped nectarine.

🍦Dessert was homemade orange, turmeric and cardamom cookies with pistachio caramel ice cream.

Day Four with the Rejuvacare Retreat at Casa Pinhal Melides

Today’s theme was soak in all the green and consume as many avocados as possible 😝

🥑 That meant sneaking them into the Turkey fajitas tacos, the salmon rice paper spring rolls and even the dark chocolate black sesame vegan glitter cookies

Today I had a bit more down time to enjoy a sunshine book break by the pool, adventure around the stunning property, video call my creature, cuddle with the little pup pups and wrap up the day at the table joining dinner with the group and a night of ridiculous charades

I am aware how similar the dog and I look and I’m actually kinda into it 😝

Day Three at Casa Pinhal Melides with the Rejuvacare team

Sexy colorful breakfast, cuddly little creatures, Thai curry bowls, afternoons by the pool and a nourishing steak and whipped potato dinner followed by a late night of cards, Portuguese beer and Croatian liqueur.
