Gin school with not one but two Bee Keepers!
Nelson and Artur are from Moncorvo (the Monsignor with a crow). A medieval village with a rich history and now two gins using botanicals from the land!
It was a great class

Team USA!! Gin school was so much fun with this rowdy bunch.
All the recipes were very carefully considered and tweaked and I think they did a fab job as all of them drank their gins neat having found a wonderful appreciation for craft gin.

Thank you Janet, Keri, Bekki, Ryan and the very entertaining Pavan (who could share a few distilling and brewing stories from Saudi).
Invicta Gin School is definitely a place to make friends , drink Invicta Gin and learn the art of distilling !

José , Acácio e Catarina what a fun way to spend a lazy Saturday!! It was a pleasure to see who made the best gin and while Eu Fiz and Excalibur were delicious CA had me wanting another sip

Russ very very happy with his bottle of gin The Cardomommy It was super good and might even be served behind his bar in Idaho
If not he will enjoy that with his cask strength bottle of Ruminate

A very happy Paulo. His first gin ever was called…….. My First Gin!!

A practical man who went wild with the botanicals making a sweeter style London Dry.
He is doubly fortunate because Paulo was gifted not 1 but 2 Invicta Gin School vouchers by loving friends and family.

We look forward to working with you again in September and tasting what you craft!

This is how we like to do it.

Scott and Sandra tasted our at the beautiful and loved it so much they had to visit us and try their hand at making their own.

We talked about Louisville and Butcher Town which is their home turf.

The Gin results were pretty good as well....

Patricia and Will doing their thing!

Great session making Gin and Patricia nailed it as she achieved the perfect Gin for a Martini, which we all enjoyed tasting afterwards.

Not sure if you can see Patricia's shirt but it was covered in Martini glasses.....you go girl...

Some delicious Gin's created by Lisa, Dirk, Elisabete and Antonio.

It was a pretty close contest but Elisabete was the winner on the day with a balanced citrus gin and Lisa a very close second, with her blue bottle homage.

There was a lot of fluro in this group from Luxembourg who were visiting Porto for the weekend.

Almost sunglass worthy fluro!

Not your average Gin lovers as this group of fellows are members of who have taken their love of gin to another level....

Cool crew yesterday.

Had a small fry in hanging out with his Dad for the afternoon (no Distilling just watching....)

Big shout out to Maxi (and Lautaro) and Ana and Bruno.

The choice was easy as to the best gin of the day. It was Ana's pink peppercorn and rose petal...Bruno just went a bit heavy on the Star Anise and Maxi played it a bit safe!
