Manual harvesting is a commitment to ensuring that each bunch arrives intact at the winery. Early in the morning, before the Alentejo sun gets too strong, the grapes are picked with the delicacy of those who know they are handling a noble product of the region.

Nestes dias, disfrutamos do silêncio que antecipa o momento mais aguardado do ano. As vinhas vestem-se de verde e dourado, os cachos ganham o peso da maturação e a adega prepara-se para voltar a receber a colheita que o campo nos deu.
Dentro de pouco tempo, esta paz dará lugar ao ritmo frenético das tesouras, dos tratores e das vozes no campo. A Vindima 2026 está quase a começar!
