A lovely combination of tender chicken and fresh vegetables in a delicious Chinese-style sauce, served with homemade egg fried rice.

Hello everyone! I’ve been away from Nicky’s Kitchen since July, and I’m looking forward to cooking for you again.

A little late posting this week, but this Friday I’ll be making chicken curry with coconut rice.

There is also a vegetarian option: egg and potato curry, served with coconut rice. €8

Olá a todos! Desde julho que tenho estado afastada da Nicky’s Kitchen e estou com muita vontade de voltar a cozinhar para vocês.

For awhile now, I've been meaning to try out restaurant Cantinho-do Aziz in a small street in Lisbon's Mouraria, a neighborhood shaped by generations of immigrants and cultures Mozambican, Portuguese and Goan, an unassuming restaurant away from the tourist places.

The Samosas with the house Peri Peri was a highlight. I had the beef and chicken, and if you know me if prawn curry is on the menu then I'm having it, and it did not let down, transported me back to shacks on the beaches of Goa.

☀️ Nicky's Kitchen is taking a Summer Break! ☀️

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported Nicky's Kitchen. It's time for a little summer break to rest, recharge, and spend some time with family.

I'll be back in August with more freshly cooked Indian and Pan-Asian favourites, and I can't wait to cook for you all again.

Have a wonderful summer, and thank you for your continued support. See you in August!
