About Us
Against The Tide brews bold craft beers, pushing the imagination and defying the the current status quo. Drawing experience from the American and North European markets, we brew mainly Ales, from a Milk Stout with Carob and an Oatmeal Stout with cinnamon infusion to pale and black IPAs infused with tea herbs, to the bigger styles like Barley Wine, Russian Imperial Stout and Scotch Ale. We

are a small batch Nano Brewery focused on producing various beer styles, with high rotation, aiming to provide an amazing beer experience, setting us apart from the normal trends. Drinking our beer should be an experience for a discovery of new beer flavors, not just a gesture done out of habit to drink one more "mini". Our beers are made with far more cereal than your average supermarket beer and a careful selection of hops and yeasts and we brew them with a distinct Sintra water signature.

Nada melhor que algo original para beber.. Esquece as meias esquece as cuecas oferece cerveja artesanal feita em Sintra.

Molasses, frutos secos já alguma madeira, mel, baunilha.. Mas mesmo assim clássico só com um residual doce.. Nada dessas modernices que atentam aos diabetes 😊
Não está fresco nem carbonatado.. Foi só uma amostra tirada da barrica de Porto que já tinha envelhecido um Hidromel.
2 meses e meio.. Mais uns meses e vai ser engarrafado para o X aniversário 😉
