We challenged Lia Igreja from Fiasco to shake up a cocktail for those of us who, after the first round of Simplesmente Vinho, weren’t ready to call it a night. Blanc de Noir was hard to describe, but dangerously easy to drink, featuring clarified Nat’Cool Bairrada, pisco, lacto-fermented grapes, bitter, and cocoa.

Of all the Nat'Cool wines, Trudy is the best suited to get into the xmas spirit and write some postcards. Small sips, or it will ruin the handwriting. We wish you all a cool xmas and a juicy new year!

Podíamos dizer que o Primata é um vinho produzido com bastante Touriga Nacional e outras castas cujo nome começa por t.

Podíamos dizer também que vem duma zona de transição de solos, com xisto e granito, ali pelos lados de Barcos. Ou que é um vinho pisado a pé que passa o Inverno no Inox e é engarrafado na Primavera.

No entanto, a coisa mais importante que podemos dizer sobre o Primata é: tchim-tchim!

We could say that Primata is a wine produced with a lot of Touriga Nacional and some other grapes varieties whose names starts also with t.

We could even say that it cames from a transition zone soil, with schist and granite, around Barcos. Or that it’s a foot-trodden wine that spends the winter in stainless steel and is bottled in the spring.

However, the most important thing we can say about Primate is: tchim-tchim!
