Afinal, quão picante é uma malagueta?

Se para ti “picante é picante”, está na hora de conheceres a Escala de Scoville. 😏

É ela que nos ajuda a perceber a intensidade das malaguetas — e a nossa escolha é a Thai Dragon, que pode variar aproximadamente entre 50.000 e 100.000 SHU.

🐉 Sim. É uma malagueta com fogo.

Mas há uma coisa importante:

Nós não fazemos molhos para esconder o sabor da comida.

Fazemos molhos para acordá-lo.

A intensidade da Thai Dragon ajuda a realçar os ingredientes e a dar aquela dimensão extra ao prato.
