We recently revisited ๐บ๐๐๐ ๐ฉ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐น๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, located on the 24th floor of Banyan Tree Doha, and it was exactly the kind of Saturday afternoon we needed before heading into another busy week.
With its beautiful Thai-inspired interiors and stunning views overlooking Doha and the Corniche, the setting was already impressive before we even tasted the food. Siam Brunch offers a family-style, sharing-table experience every Saturday from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM, with live food stations and plenty of delicious Thai dishes to enjoy. The brunch is priced at QR 269 including soft drinks, and they also have a BOGO offer, which makes it even better. For additional with drink packages available for an additional QR 110 for the special package or QR 210 for premium drinks.
While waiting for our food to arrive, I couldn't resist exploring the live stations and all those tempting off-menu bites. There were ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐

๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ that was a fragrant street food classic featuring tender slow-cooked beef in a rich, spiced aromatic broth.
Honestly, everything was so fresh and delicious that I found myself going back again and again. The fresh noodle rolls were one of my favourites, and the papaya salad was perfect for anyone who loves to control their own level of spice.
Letโs Talk About the Appetizers. We started with ๐๐๐ ๐ท๐๐
๐ต๐๐ ๐ป๐๐, one of my all-time favourites. The thinly sliced duck was beautifully cooked, while the dressing was wonderfully refreshing, packed with fragrant Thai herbs. We also had a deep-fried basket filled with ๐ท๐๐ ๐ท๐๐ ๐ป๐๐๐
(Thai spring rolls) and ๐ฒ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ท๐๐๐ ๐ต๐ ๐ฎ๐๐๐๐ (prawn toasts), followed by ๐ฎ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐ต๐๐ ๐บ๐๐
, marinated grilled minced chicken served on skewers.
Each dish brought something different to the table, but they all had that unmistakable balance of Thai flavours that I loveโfresh herbs, fragrant spices and just the right amount of seasoning.

When everything arrived at the table, my first reaction was simply, wow! Everything looked incredibly appetising.
My personal favourite was the seafood red curry. I really enjoyed the homemade curry pasteโit was incredibly fragrant, rich and full of flavour without being overwhelming.
To accompany the dishes, we were also offered four different types of rice: jasmine, red, brown and saffron rice. The saffron rice was particularly fitting, of course, as it is one of the signature touches of Saffron Saffron.
By this point, I was officially full, full and FULLโฆ but there was absolutely no way I was leaving without having dessert!
The dessert station looked beautiful, with so many Thai sweets and treats to choose from. Somehow, I always manage to find a little extra space when dessert is involved, so naturally I had to try as many as possible. Hehehe!
My favourite was the freshly made ๐ฒ๐๐๐๐ ๐ป๐๐
(banana fritters). They were warm, crispy and absolutely delicious.
And then came the highlight: the famous ๐ป๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ that came on a trolley that made its way around the venue, and the Thai mango was simply amazing. It was sweet, juicy and incredibly fragrant. We were all practically going โwoooooow!โ with every bite. For a moment, it honestly felt like dessert heaven.
A big thank you to ๐ช๐๐๐ ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐ for preparing such a wonderful meal filled with the vibrant and comforting flavours of Thailand and thank you to the entire team for the warm and attentive service, especially ๐ต๐๐๐ ๐ด๐ฑ who taking care of us so well.
It was such a lovely way to spend a lazy Saturday afternoonโgreat food, beautiful surroundings, plenty of Thai flavours and, most importantly, good company.
