Hi there! I am Adriana, mother of two super cute and picky eaters. Since I became mom and introduced the Solids, I've been concerned about healthy food, healthy habits at meal time, nutrition and so on.
I created this page, wanting to simplify things and provide quick, yet nutritious meals for the little ones, starting 6 months and forth.
My thought is for new parents who struggle with parenthood, lack of time and energy to prepare fancy food, but still want to give the best for their children.
I hope we can start a nice and comfortable journey together, while preparing healthy, quick and baby suited meals for the "dears".
Come and join me in this adventure, while I'll start posting weekly ideas for the daily meals, starting with 6 months.
While I'm not an expert in nutrition or have medical studies in the field, in the past 3 years I got familiar with information about food, healthy ingredients and how these can be combined in order to provide the optimum nutrition value for my babies.
All the posts contain real homemade food, served for my children.
