Nood NOOD is about no sugar sweet and savory treats. Come as you are, we’re stripped of artificials and so is our food! Noi suntem Nood.

Facem prajituri de la zero, pentru ca ne plac ingredientele de sezon si gustul bun: fara zahar, soia, arome artificiale sau aditivi. In laboratorul nostru plin de soare & muzica buna cream retete proprii din nuci si seminte, unt pur de cacao, condimente si petale, miere si unt de arahide. Le decoram de fiecare data altfel si iti livram acasa sau la birou dulciuri sanatoase.

The choices we make behind the counter, what we do with our coffee grounds, the materials we use, the way we think about waste — small decisions that have quietly become part of our everyday routine.

If we opened NOOD all over again, what would we do sooner?

Looking back makes some things surprisingly clear. The decisions we’d make faster, the things we’d worry less about, and the lessons we wish we had learned a little earlier.

So we asked Cristina & Răzvan what they would change if tomorrow was day one again.

NOOD is sugar-free. But why? 🤍

Not because dessert needs more rules. Because we wanted to make it differently — choosing ingredients more intentionally, testing until the taste and texture feel right, and never treating “sugar-free” as a compromise.

For us, it was part of NOOD from the very beginning.
