Delta Craft Bar is looking for a new colleague to join our craft beer adventure. If you enjoy a laid-back vibe, great beer, and connecting with passionate people, we might be a great match. We’re a small but dedicated bar, and we’re looking to work with someone who puts heart into what they do.

This role covers Monday to Thursday, because from Friday to Sunday, the bar is hosted directly by the brewers and owners of Delta Beer and MadLads. It’s our way of keeping the experience alive and personal – giving our guests the chance to meet the people behind the beers, share stories, and learn first-hand what goes into the craft.

📌 Position: Bartender – Craft Beer Bar

📅 Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

🔍 What We’re Looking For
A friendly and responsible bartender with a passion for craft beer to join our small, dedicated team. You’ll be working in a cozy space focused exclusively on serving quality craft beer – on tap, in bottles, and cans – to a loyal and curious clientele.

🎯 Responsibilities

Pour and serve beer (tap and fridge) with care and precision

Provide friendly, informed service to customers

Maintain cleanliness of the bar and serving area

Handle stock and restock refrigerators

Operate the cash register and issue receipts

Monitor and maintain optimal beer serving temperatures

✅ Requirements

Previous horeca experience is a plus, but not required

Interest in craft beer or willingness to learn

Responsible and punctual attitude

Positive mindset and customer-first approach

Availability for a fixed schedule: Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Romantic? Nu. Însetat.

Unii aprind lumânări pentru atmosferă.
Noi aprindem lumânări în formă de bere și turnăm una adevărată.
E ca o seară romantică… doar că mai bună — pentru că are spumă și hamei.

Hai la o bere la lumina berii. Mult mai satisfăcător.

Atenție: lumânarea nu se bea. (Știm, arată tentant.)
