Even more festival shenanigans from last weekend. 🍻

The first edition (of many more to come!) of LEUVEN CRAFT BEER FEST was just absolutely awesome! 👏😎

Sticky from pouring smoothies, sore fingertips from popping cans and drowsy from opening bottles of BA goodies, but still charged with great vibes after seeing you guys again! 🇧🇪

What an incredible long weekend in Denmark! 🤯🇩🇰

Absolutely humbled by the hospitality. Huge thanks for having us and hauling us around at Frederiks Stepping Stone Kolding Esbjerg Ølfestival and so many other places in-between. 🫶🙌

We’ve seen things we won’t easily forget, ranging from amazing to traumatic - ice cream beer turned to ice cream, smoothie sour whip-its, Plot Twist with a plot twist - and so many of you awesome guys out there! 👏

DK treated us good. We’ll make sure to return the favor. 🍻

ECHOES OF THE STREET is what happens when a cultural NGO meets a craft taproom crew in beautifully chaotic Bucharest. 🏙️

First brewed in 2023, during the third season of Teatrul Improbabil, it returns to mark 5 years of IOTA - the NGO that took berea de d**a to the next level. 🍻

Some things change. The stories stay. Taps bring us closer once again.

This re-imagined 2026 version gets some juicy, new hops to play with - Galaxy, Nectaron and Citra Cryo - balancing a funky, intense tropical profile with ripe white peaches and an assertive, green and bitter hop finish. 😋

The sun’s shining again, and we’re putting our grubby hands on its brightness and stealing some for ourselves - PIECES OF THE SUN is back. 🌞🤲

The same not-too-old, supremely crushable light sour, with a pillowy, fuzzy baseline of apricot, riddled with full juicy citrus and spiced with a savoury dusting of cinnamon. All’s bright, shiny and zesty. 🍑🍊

When Labietis. Pagan Brews joined us for an exciting collaboration a few weeks ago, we got forced out of our brewery bubble and sent foraging out in the wilds, in the cold, thunderous rain... 😵
Kidding, the weather was nice. 😎🌞

BOYAR’S BREW might seem like a treat made for landlords, cup bearers and kings, but it is in fact pulling its roots from humble origins, while still being a true delight to the senses. 👑

It’s a braggot-style ale that uses immense amounts of local acacia honey, carefully infused with locally-foraged wild chervil and bird cherry tree flowers (by yours truly). 🍯🌿🌸

It’s dry, crisp, spritzy on the palate, with elegant floral notes that still hint at condensed honey sweetness, touch of pollen and notes of light, spent underripe berries, with even a nice anise-like edge to it all. 👌

This was fun. Let’s do more?

A special version of APOCRYPHA was tucked away safely for a while, waiting for a special event. One of our favourite webshops in the world - Beerdome has turned 9 years old a few days ago, and included the coveted BOURBON CABERNET FINISH BA VANILLA variant in the Anniversary Party. 🥳🎉

Good news for the local fans of BA goodness - we kept a couple of cases. 🤫

Back with some childhood nostalgia. Or maybe trauma? 🫢

We’ve gone and done and brewed a Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich themed imperial stout. Stomping loudly down the hall - LUNCH BOX BULLY. 👊💥🤕

It’s a 12%, thick and dense, hard-headed imperial stout, laced with raspberry, strawberry, cherry and grape jelly, rich with dark chocolate spread and dollops of stubbornly sticky, smooth and earthy peanut butter. 🥜🍇🥪

If it catches you, get ready for notes of candied berries, jammy raisin and soft acidity, balanced by cloying dark maltiness and that PB goodness just wrapping it all nicely together. Pastry by nature, but not cloyingly sweet. 👌

Wedgies - not out of the question. 🫠

There’s smoke rising up in the night sky, but this one brings good news. SCOUT’S HONOUR is back. 🏕️

This new batch relies on the same yummy campfire dessert treat - the gloopy-smokey s’mores - sitting atop a robust, dense body of 15.5% ABV goodness that’s packed with all the specialty malts we could get. Deep dark chocolate coating, spiced and peppery graham crackers, confectionery melted marshmallow fluff. On a stick. Or in a pint. 🔥🔥🔥

It’s deep and intense and melting slowly down to your ankles. Tread carefully. Consider this your night cap. 🤫
