This new release has incomprehensible amounts of hops in it. And quite a few absurd processes involved. 🌀🌀

KAFKAESQUE takes the special Mega Motueka and Super Sauvin blends from Freestyle Hops for a serious spin, dusted with some magic powders and sprinkles that may or may not be limited to Phantasm Powder. There might be secrets involved. 🤫

The end result is the type of hop juice that’ll have you scurrying across the ceiling. Huge amounts of tangy pineapple and maracuja, crushed grapes and gooseberries still with some spicy-green pomace, underripe forest fruit with a zesty exotic finish. Quite the transformation. 💼

AUDACITY OF HUGE gets a re-run, with the same shiny marriage of feisty, citrusy, weedy Talus and Galaxy, crowded together with tutti frutti packed Audacia and the foreign funk of Rakau hops. We have a new hop variety to play with - Luna. And we took it for a spin alongside Luminosa hops in a new DDH Double NEIPA - MOONLIGHT SONATA. 🌘🎹

With a soft baseline of Citra Cryo on the hot side, letting everything else shine bright on the dry-hopping part - it soars to the sky with notes of peach bubblegum, overripe papaya, juicy mango and overripe tangerine. 🍑🥭🍊

It starts mellow and soothing, and it ends up in a thunderous display of fruity goodness. Fitting. 🌚

With GAMMA back in town for a visit, it was obviously a perfect occasion to flex with some hop crushing supersets. 💪🥦

BICEP BARBIE is all brain and all brawn, a 10% she-hulk of a TIPA, pumped up with Cryo Pop, Columbus, Krush, Wakatu and even with a shot of Rakau Hop Kief. 🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️

It blends classic full, fleshy citrus with funky tropical fruit, with a touch of coconut and mellow guava, with a hint of crushed green grape and New Zealand herbal spice. 🌿🥥🍍

Time to bulk up for the next season, maybe?

This next light sour has been years in the making, and it was finally chiseled up nicely with the help of the great Tetrapod Brewery from Bulgaria, from way over the Friendship Bridge. 🇧🇬🤝

GINCIDENT is a gin and tonic inspired 4% sour ale, which makes it even easier to drink a few of these when compared to the original long drink. Blasted with blood orange and grapefruit for that nice zing, infused with juniper berries and a homemade cinchona bark extract for that dry and bitter, crisp finish. Absolutely on point. 🏖️

You can even serve it on the rocks. 🧊🧊🧊
