Crescatoria se intinde pe o suprafata de 10 ha cu perspectiva de extindere la 50 ha. Mistretii traiesc in habitat natural, fiind hraniti ecologic. Hrana lor consta in porumb, fructe, ghinda, lucerna, trifoi respectiv iarba.
