🎄CHRISTMASSY BANANA BREAD 🎄

The recipe for this awesome banana bread is here for you! ❤️

Ingredients:
▪︎214 g pastry flour
▪︎1.25 g baking powder
▪︎3.5 g baking soda
▪︎1.5 g salt
▪︎1 g cinnamon
▪︎1 g vanilla powder/vanilla extract
▪︎0.5 g ground nutmeg
▪︎322 g mashed bananas
▪︎4 g lemon juice
▪︎214 g caster sugar
▪︎57 g egg
▪︎67 g sunflower oil
▪︎50 g dried cranberries
▪︎50 g milk chocolate( I used Power 41 from )
▪︎Fresh cranberries for decoration

⚠️You can find the batter preparation process in my previous reel!
  After the batter is ready the cake needs to be baked in a 10cm×30cm rectangular baking pan at 170°C for about 50-55 min.

❣️Tips and tricks:
The best bananas you can use for the banana bread recipe are the VERY RIPE ones, those with almost brown peel. This way you'll have a more pronounced banana taste!🍌
