Yesterday we had a magnificent Italian sparkling wine🥂🇮🇹 from

Situated in the Franciacorta region, but not Docg. The winemaker wants to make good wine and doesn’t want to be limited by legislation. 400 meters of altitude, calcarious soil, which gives a beautiful freshness to the wine and great minerality.

This 100% chardonnay, BDB, has matured 50 moons🌙 on its lees and is a brut nature (no added sugars). This beautiful sparkling wine has a golden colour and in the nose some oxidative notes, beautifully fresh and gastronomic in the mouth. This wine is made to ENJOY!

Served in a performance sauvignon blanc glass.

Ciao bella Italia, 2 great weeks in Italy, 2 amazing regions, a first discovery of the Marche region and a return to our beloved Piemonte. Family, food, wine, friends, a wedding, first holiday experience for our son Mattia (including first swim💦👶🏻🥰), it had it all. Our hearts are full, memories where made, Italy we will be back soon, ci vediamo dopo❤️🍷🥂.
