Fish Seekh Kabab
Ingredients:
Boneless fish pieces – half a seer
Ginger and garlic paste – half a tola
Onion – one finely chopped
Green chilies – two finely chopped
Red chili powder – half a teaspoon
Salt – as needed
Garam masala – half a teaspoon
Vinegar – one tablespoon
Lemon juice – two tablespoons
Bread slice – one (soaked in water and squeezed)
Egg – one (lightly beaten)
Method:
Mix the fish with onion, green chilies, red chili powder, salt, garam masala, vinegar, lemon juice, soaked bread slice, and beaten egg thoroughly. Now keep the mixture in the fridge for one hour so that it becomes firm.
After one hour, take the mixture and form it on skewers in seekh kabab shape. Now either fry or grill it. Serve hot with lemon slices and onions.
