Scallions chicken wraps
Batter for 8 large wraps
Flour 2 1/2 cups
Eggs 2 large
Milk 400 ml or as required
Butter melted 3 tblsp
Salt 2 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
White pepper 2 tsp
Scallions chopped 1 1/2 cup
Whisk everything well. Butter pan and make wraps. Keep only one side crisp.

Chicken
Salt
Hot saue
Siracha sauce
Chilli flakes
Lemon
Ketchup
Bbq sauce
I added mozerella cheese with the chicken filling.Wrapped it in a square shape. Fry with very little oil in a pan on both sides.
