A fast-growing delivery and logistics company in Dubai is looking for an experienced Riders Supervisor to manage and monitor delivery riders on a daily basis.

Field Supervisor – Delivery Riders
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage delivery riders daily
Monitor attendance, performance and KPIs
Handle riders’ issues and operational challenges
Coordinate with operations and fleet team
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports
Train and onboard new riders
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety rules
Maintain discipline and productivity among riders
✅ Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years experience in delivery/logistics supervision
Experience managing 30–80+ riders
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Good English communication
Knowledge of Dubai locations and routes
Ability to work under pressure
Experience with Noon / Talabat / Careem is a plus
African nationality preferred
UAE driving license is an advantage
