Il nostro Rwanda Imigongo Kabilè è uno specialty coffee pregiato, dal cuore nobile
I chicchi di questo raffinato Arabica provengono da una piantagione nel nord del Ruanda, dove il caffe rappresenta molto più di una coltivazione: è un vero e proprio motore di benessere collettivo.
La Farm Kabila, che lo produce, impiega circa 1.200 lavoratori, per la maggior parte donne e reinveste parte dei profitti per promuovere condizioni di lavoro sostenibili e dignitose, contribuendo a migliorare concretamente la qualità della vita dell’intera comunità.

We’re so happy! ❤️☕️
Thank you for joining us for our morning cupping. There were so many of you, and you were so attentive; it was truly a wonderful experience. 🥰
This morning we learned a little more about acidity, astringency, and bitterness in coffee. We saw how two Arabica coffees, one from Ethiopia and the other from Brazil, can have very different characteristics on the nose, on the palate, and in the espresso. We even convinced someone that good coffee doesn’t need added sugar... We had fun.
We don’t have a new date yet, but we’ve decided to repeat the event soon and will keep you updated here. In the meantime, thanks again to each and every participant. ❤️
