Ever Picked up a bag of coffee seen ‘dark roast’ on the label and just hoped for the best..?

Well roast levels are simply indicating how long the beans have been in the roaster, but it’s also the biggest clue on how your coffee will actually taste.

Light roasts are much more bright, fruity and complex in flavour.
Medium roasts are smooth and well balanced, nutty and chocolatey.
Dark roasts are often bold, intense and a little bitter.
