Last time, we turned cassava into beer.

This time… we're going a little further. 😂 Because apparently no local ingredient is safe around us anymore. 💀

🍺 WE’VE BEEN ASKED TO BRING IT BACK! 🌿🇸🇨

When we first set out to create our Cassava Beer, we honestly didn’t know the impact it would have.

What started as an idea — “Could we brew something truly inspired by our islands, using cassava grown right here in Seychelles?” — became one of our proudest creations.

There was experimenting. Testing. A few “back to the drawing board” moments. 😅 And finally… that first pour. 🍺

A beer made with locally grown cassava, brewed right here in Seychelles and inspired by the flavours, ingredients and spirit of our Kreol culture.

And then something amazing happened…You asked us to make it again. ❤️

So today, on International Beer Day, we're looking back at the journey that brought our Cassava Beer to life — and celebrating what happens when local ingredients, local ideas, local brewing and pure Seychellois creativity comes together!

Maybe it’s time for another batch? 👀🌿🍺 Or shall we bring a NEW creation for regatta! Something even crazier!
