Noodles ….. core ingredient for World Class Ramen 🍜
Viktor our resident chef SETSU RAMEN, frustrated at the lack of quality Ramen noodles in Sweden, started Nordic Noodles a few years back. Safe to say, these are next level, to die for - authentic noodles, once you understand there is no going back!

SETSU Ramen is open Friday & Saturday at our brewery restaurant in Ekerö, 16-21.
