We are a small independent brewery. We started off as home-brewers and have grown to own and operate own very own brewery and bar in Göteborg, Sweden.

Our ambition is to make a wide variety of beers with high drinkability, everything from Pilsners to IPA’s to Porters. We are specialising in beers we love, striving to make uncomplicated beers with attention to detail and style. We hope that you will enjoy our beers and help us grow. Olof & Olle

Dags för den fjärde ölen i vår årstidsserie! Höstens IPA är en Red IPA. Den har en fyllig kropp med lätt blommig sötma som kommer just från Ljung honung. Släpps på Systembolaget i oktober men går att hitta runt om på barer i Sverige och inte minst på vårt lilla O/O Bar

Next Monday we are release HopTicket 004 - Moat!

The fourth beer in our HopTicket series, where we test new hop techniques and products. With Moat, we’ve brewed a West Coast-style Double IPA, but with a generous amount of oats. This gives it a soft, almost fluffy mouthfeel, and when combined with Idaho 7, Mosaic, Amarillo, and Simcoe in pellet, cryo, and Dynaboost formats, it results in an incredibly potent Double IPA that covers virtually the entire spectrum of modern American hops, featuring tropical fruit, citrus, and pine notes. There’s a distinct bitterness in the beer, while the oats provide a softness, so the beer is rich in aroma without being cloying in the taste.

As mentioned, coming to Systembolaget shelves next Monday, but we also have it in kegs and those will be premiering at various bars this week. We are also driving down to Skåne this week so let us know if you'd like us to deliver cans or kegs for your bar and restaurant, in Malmö or on the way!
