Inspired by the Sakura Festival, I'm baking Japanese Milk bread in May. Kanelbular too is still on the menu. Send in orders for next weekend (11 May).

May is all about picnics, and fresh bloomin’ days. Take a loaf of milk bread, or a generous pack of cinnamon rolls with you. Just can’t fail with either.

I’m going to miss making this! But The month of May is just around the corner. I still haven’t decided what bakes to do! Any suggestions from you, dear neighbours? Do I hear clover rolls, seeded bread buns? Or something inspired from Italy? Ring in your suggestions! 🗣
