🌞Y’all warmly welcome to a Fika and Frolic in the polyculture h**p patch! The h**p has been in the earth for just over 100 days, and soon, I will begin harvesting. But first, I invite y’all to hang about the h**p with me!
🌱If you’re yearning to get up close and personal with this majestic plant — get lost in the beauty of its blossoms, breathe in the heady mood-boosting citrusy and piney terpenes, adelhydes, and esters of fresh h**p (there’s nothing quite like it🙌), feel the sturdiness and myriad potential of h**p fiber between your finger tips, taste and be nourished by the earthy nutrient-dense goodness of its seeds, and talk h**p — well then, this may be the ideal Saturday frolic for you!
☕️At 13:30, we will commence the Frolic and enjoy a h**p-based fika featuring my signature fudgy, nutrient-dense vegan h**p brownies.
🪲I’ll provide a general intro to h**p, and share learnings harvested from four years of humble super small-scale urban h**p growin’. Expect the vibe to be more casual than a workshop format (hence the term “Frolic” ✨) and will be adapted to your curiosities. Perhaps you’re just keen to bask in the enchanting energy of h**p, earthing on a bed of h**p hurd among the h**p and its companions — by all means!
🌻The event will last approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, and, as an added bonus, fresh, local veggies and flowers lovingly cultivated by fellow growers will be available for purchase at 🥕🍆🥬💐!
