Kapusta Brewing

Kapusta Brewing Kapusta Brewing is a Swedish brewing project started in 2011 by Christian Kapusta.

- Kapusta Brewing started as a homebrewing project and has now expanded into being partly a commercial brewery aswell.

- Kapusta Brewing is a part of the collective brewery, Minus-1 in Malmö, Sweden.

- On this page you'll see both the commercially produced beers, pilot/homebrews aswell as collaboration brews.

- The original idea of this project was to see if it was possible to brew world class

beer, on a 30 liter equipment in your kitchen.

- So far I believe it is, even if I might not be there yet. I'm constantly trying to improve my recipes and technique.
