Fall is in the air, and the smell of apples and cinnamon is the perfect fall combo. For your next porridge, try adding these caramelized apples with cinnamon. You can also add an egg to your porridge to stay full for longer.

Ingredients:
1 tsp butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 apple
½ tsp cinnamon
1.5 dl oats
1 pinch of salt
3 dl milk
1 egg

Heat a small pot and melt the butter. Add the maple syrup, cinnamon and finely chopped apple. Cook until the apple is golden and caramelized, then transfer it to a bowl. Use the same pot to make the porridge. Add the oats, milk and salt and cook until creamy. Stir in half of the caramelized apple chunks.

Whisk the egg and add it to the porridge while stirring continuously. Cook for another minute or two, until the porridge is creamy. Serve the porridge in a bowl and top with the remaining caramelized apple chunks 🥰

POV: The Marketing Manager & Co-Founder have ideas. The Head of Merchandising has to be realistic. 😂

Not every idea makes the cut… 👀
But Matsmart-Motatos turns 12! 🎂
So we’re celebrating all month long with plenty of exciting campaigns.

Check the site daily to see which crazy ideas actually made it. 🎂

Back to school snack box 🤩

Here is some inspiration for a small lunchbox for the little ones. Mini pizzas, fresh berries, fresh peas and a date bar. The pizza is made with tomato sauce and cheese. You can add your kids’ favorite pizza topping. Bake for about 9-10 minutes in a preheated fan oven at 200°C.

What kind of snacks are your kids’ favorites? 🫶🏼
