As you know, we like transparency and don’t really enjoy keeping secrets.
So that’s why it feels so good announcing this!

For the past few weeks something has been brewing behind the scenes…

A couple of months ago we ran a competition, letting you guys decide our next flavour by voting for your favourite. The winner - Nordic blueberry.

But there were so many of you (in the thousands) that voted for the other flavour, and to be honest, it was a VERY close call.

Letting this sit with us over Christmas, we decided we couldn’t leave you guys hanging…

We are therefore proud to present: TÖRST LINGONBERRY

Now available nationwide and we can’t wait for you to enjoy a soda that feels light, lively and unmistakably Nordic - fresh, vibrant and quietly sophisticated.

Another new flavour?
Relax. We don’t do this often.

We’ve always believed in getting things right rather than getting things new.
And judging by how our range has held up, we’d say that worked pretty well.

But even we get the occasional good idea and this one kept calling our names.

So next week (Monday), we’re dropping a brand-new flavour — and yes, it’s worth breaking our streak for.

We’re thrilled to officially welcome Olly Bartlett to the TÖRST team! 🎉

He’s been quietly settling in for a couple of months now, and let’s just say — he fits like a perfectly chilled craft soda on a warm summer’s day!

With a background that spans from running a beer brewery, importing natural wines, and diving deep into the world of specialty coffee, Olly brings a wonderfully well-rounded (and well-caffeinated) perspective to the table.

Naturally sociable and always up for a chat, Olly is just as likely to charm customers as he is colleagues.

Off the clock, if he’s not in the gym defying the years and keeping himself in great shape, you’ll probably spot him binoculars in hand, out birdwatching.

If neither of the above, then there’s a moderate chance that you’ll find him in the local pub or wine bar!
