· We use our own products ourselves, therefore we know what we talk about when it comes to how to use them, and how it tastes! Most of our spice products are produced in rural Kalocsa, Hungary – a place famous throughout Hungary for it’s excellent paprika as well as it’s folk-art, the typical folkloric motive that includes paprika, flowers and other color-full embroidery. Situated in the middle of the Alföld, between Szeged, Pech and Keckemet, the climate and soil in Kalocsa is perfect for paprika and garlic production, bringing out the full flavors of the puszta. Our outdoor cooking equipment products are all manufactured with the care and attention to detail that follows a small-scale, family run business in Hungary. Most of the products are made by manually metal spinning a piece of mild steel into the shape of a cauldron, adding the ears for the hanger by hand, and finally enameling the piece and curing it in an oven manually.
