A dish that always brings back memories.
I’ve always loved ceviche. Growing up, I watched my mother create and reinvent it in countless ways, and that inspired me to experiment with my own versions whenever I can.
This one features tuna marinated in fresh lime juice, soy sauce, and a touch of salt, combined with red onion, avocado, sesame oil, tree tomato, sesame seeds, cilantro, and chilies.
Simple ingredients, bold flavors, and a little creativity in every bite. ✨
