Our Double Chocolate Chip Cookie (DCCC) using Cacao Barry's 75% single origin chocolate couverture from Tanzania with an intense roasty cocoa bitterness balanced with floral acidity.

Cocoa powder is added to this version for a full-on, unapologetically chocolatey experience. If you prefer milk or white chocolates, this really isn't for you!

Offered in a generous palm sized portion of 60g each, these are available for sale at $12 for 4 pieces (no mix and match, sorry!).

What makes a great chocolate chip cookie?

We suspect everyone's answer differs quite a bit, but for us, texture is everything. A crisp exterior contrasted against a chewy, soft interior, with melty chunks of chocolate, and a sweet-salty contrast makes a chocolate chip cookie more than just another sweet treat for us. Needless to say, great quality chocolate makes a huge difference!

Our cookies are offered in two variants:

- Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie (CCCC) using Cacao Barry's 66% single origin chocolate couverture from Mexico with a lovely fruity, woody flavour balanced with a hint of acidity.

- Double Chocolate Chip Cookie (DCCC) using Cacao Barry's 75% single origin chocolate couverture from Tanzania with an intense roasty cocoa bitterness balanced with floral acidity. Cocoa powder is added to this version too for a full-on, unapologetically chocolatey experience. If you prefer milk or white chocolates, this really isn't for you!

Introducing Coconut Gula Melaka, one of our premium flavours.

Fresh grated coconut is roasted until crisp for that rich, nutty, lemak flavour and texture, and add virgin coconut oil for even more shiokness.

This cookie is slightly sweeter and more crisp because of the higher sugar content. That's fine, because admit it - you're getting this for the gula melaka anyway!

Most leceh flavour to make, but this is our best seller!

Our Osmanthus cookie is inspired by one of four favourite classic Cantonese desserts - the Osmanthus jelly!
