Last night was a very special moment for us at Mama Jac’s Kitchenette. We were deeply honoured to welcome Minister Ong Ye Kung to our table.

Mama Jac’s began simply by cooking from the heart. Dishes she loved, recipes she grew up with, and flavours she felt were slowly disappearing. What started as home cooking for friends and family became a private dining experience rooted in warmth, tradition, and love for Peranakan cuisine.

Every dish served is prepared with care and respect for the past, using old recipes and techniques that deserve to be remembered and shared.

Thank you, Minister Ong Ye Kung, for taking the time to dine with us. We are truly grateful for the trust and appreciation.

Here’s to preserving heritage through food, one table at a time ❤️
