Satay Bee Hoon is a comforting hawker dish featuring rice vermicelli served with a rich, nutty peanut gravy inspired by satay sauce. It’s typically topped with ingredients like cuttlefish, pork slices, cockles, tofu puff and kangkong, creating a savoury-sweet, slightly spicy flavour that’s uniquely Singaporean and deeply satisfying.
